Hi, I’m Lindsey Ryan—founder of Junior Ranchers and a lifelong lover of all things country. I grew up on a working farm surrounded by horses, cows, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and plenty of corn . We raised everything from powerful draft horses to spirited Standardbreds and pint-sized ponies. It was there I learned the value of grit, grace, and getting your boots dirty.

After joining the United States Army and becoming a mother, I rekindled my love for the lifestyle after moving to Mississippi. There, I immersed myself in rodeos, horse sales, and equestrian events like barrel racing, roping, and bull riding. I saw kids glowing with joy—riding horses, playing in the dirt, chasing each other around in cowboy boots while living the kind of childhood I treasured.  

When my twin girls were born, I wanted to deck them out in western clothing. But there was a problem:  western clothing made just for kids was nowhere to be found. I searched high and low—even downtown Nashville—to find western wear especially for babies and toddlers, and came up empty handed. That’s when I knew it was time to create something special. Junior Ranchers was born to bring the timeless style of the old West to our littlest cowboys and cowgirls—starting with the JRancher Collection.  It is my honor to bring timeless styles to little ones on behalf of the generations of farmers, ranchers, cowboys and cowgirls who have worked hard to keep our western American heritage alive today. 

Our roots run deep—grounded in family, faith, and the rugged beauty of western life. Inspired by generations who worked the land, rode with purpose, and raised children with spirit and hard work, our designs reflect more than just style—they honor a way of life. From sun-faded denim to classic yoke detailing, every stitch carries the spirit of those who came before us. At Junior Ranchers, we’re not just dressing the next generation—we’re passing on a legacy of strength, tradition, and timeless western values.
